Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is rumoured to pack a 108-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a pixel size of 0.8-micron; a second 12-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.4-micron; a third 10-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a pixel size of 1.22-micron and a fourth 10-megapixel camera with an f/4.9 aperture and a pixel size of 1.22-micron. It is expected to sport a 40-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 0.7-micron.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is not officially announced yet while the below-mentioned specs are based on rumors.

Samsung will make the Galaxy S21 Ultra bigger and wider than any other device in this lineup. The front will be dominated by its display that’s going to have a much more reserved curve thanks to the 2.5D glass. There’s reason to believe now that the Galaxy S21 Ultra may be the only model in the 2021 flagship lineup to feature a glass back panel.
The smartphone is pack with 12 GB and 16 GB RAM with 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB internal storage options. The memory can be increased with the help of microSDXC (uses shared SIM slot).
